Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
convenient location excellent restaurant
The hotel is conveniently located close to the main train station (a real plus for early morning departures). The staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations. I also found a great grocery store nearby.
The noise insulation was poor. I think the management should address this.

The bathroom was recently renovated, it included a clean shower. I found the room very clean. I found an elevator. it was rather small. The hotel offers WiFi access.

The staff was helpful with directions and public transport information. the location was close to major attractions and termini station. the room was clean upon arrival, i appreciated that. breakfast offered a decent selection. I especially liked the pastries.
The elevator was occasionally slow. I sometimes used the stairs.

The hotel is near termini station. i walked to many main attractions. repubblica metro stop is very close by. It's only one stop from termini. the general area felt safe.

The hotel is very close to the Termini train station. Many historical monuments are easily accessible. The staff members were helpful and respectful. My room had a balcony. The breakfast offered good options.
The elevator was small. It definitely was like an old hotel.

The location was acceptable, close to the train station.
The walls were thin, I could hear other guests. Breakfast was not good. Tables were scarce. The coffee machine tasted awful.
